Head of Business Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and expand the Business Operations function by defining the team's mission, mentoring talent, and prioritizing resources for maximum impact across the organization.

• Oversee the company's comprehensive operating system, which includes planning cycles (OKRs, annual planning), business reviews, and execution frameworks to ensure alignment and operational speed.

• Convert corporate strategies into actionable operations, facilitating the connection between executive vision and daily execution by providing cross-functional teams with clear roadmaps and accountability.

• Enhance organizational efficiency and health by proactively identifying silos, operational hindrances, or resource disparities, and implementing structural solutions to address them.

• Act as the main escalation point for critical execution risks, collaborating with senior stakeholders to overcome complex challenges and expedite decision-making.

• Set the 'Gold Standard' for project management and process rigor at Wing, developing toolkits and frameworks that enhance the operational maturity of the entire organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Business Operations or related domains, with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

• Proven history of 'operationalizing strategy'—transforming high-level objectives into the necessary infrastructure, processes, and teams to achieve them.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a variety of projects and stakeholders simultaneously while keeping the team focused.

• Expertise in organizational change management, adept at guiding the company through phases of growth and evolving operational models.

• Strong executive presence with a focus on practicality and results; skilled at cutting through complexity to promote clarity and action among senior leadership.

• Extensive experience in resource planning, headcount management, and operational budgeting.
