This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• You will be responsible for overseeing how work is executed across the organization, encompassing three interconnected domains: Process design and enhancement.
• Your role involves mapping the current workflows across all teams, pinpointing areas that are slow, inefficient, or redundant, and reengineering these processes.
• You will manage automation efforts — reducing manual tasks, linking disparate tools, and creating integrations that facilitate seamless operations without the need for constant human intervention.
• You will ensure that data from every team is consolidated into a single, dependable source of truth, granting leadership real-time insights into organizational performance through dashboards and automated reports.
• You will take charge of the human aspects of each enhancement — including training, communications, rollout strategies, and monitoring the genuine adoption of new working methods.
• You will collaborate with leadership to assess and implement significant business systems throughout the organization, such as CRM, inventory management, and digital asset management platforms that are currently under evaluation.
• A proven history of leading an operational improvement function or similar role — you have actively executed this, rather than merely advising.
• Practical experience with automation tools — including RPA, no-code platforms, or scripted integrations — that goes beyond theoretical knowledge.
• Strong data literacy — you grasp how data infrastructure operates, recognize what effective reporting entails, and can engage in meaningful discussions with data engineers.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management — you have collaborated with commercial, creative, and technology teams and understand how to communicate effectively in each context.
• Experience in building and managing teams of varying seniority and expertise.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies — such as Lean, Six Sigma, or their equivalents.
• A genuine mandate — this role is not about coordination or functioning as a chief of staff.
• Direct access to the COO and CEO, offering visibility into the entire organization.
