Head of Brand Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of brand identity and storytelling for our brands, with a primary emphasis on our flagship brand, moonbowls.

• Ensure uniformity of our brand messaging and value proposition across all customer interactions.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and R&D team to steer our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity viewpoint.

• Manage the post-purchase customer experience to enhance order frequency and customer lifetime value.

• Initiate retention strategies, digital loyalty programs, and occasion-driven campaigns that encourage repeat ordering and brand loyalty.

• Formulate and oversee a comprehensive strategy for introducing our brands into new markets, incorporating social media and community engagement.

• Identify and develop high ROI opportunities for collaboration with digital influencers to foster community involvement.

• Direct the editorial strategy across all brand channels, crafting a cohesive narrative that enhances community interaction and meets sales objectives.

• Manage the external brand communications strategy, influencing public perception through both general and targeted media outlets.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic high-level planning and thought leadership initiatives.

• Experience in team management and collaborative work across an organization.

• Previous experience in a high-growth company is highly desirable.
