This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• We seek a culturally-aware Brand Manager to enhance TRIP's brand presence in the US market.
• You will serve as the central hub for US brand campaigns, linking our Growth, Shopper, and Partnerships teams around a cohesive TRIP narrative that resonates with American consumers.
• This position is integral to our global-to-local strategy.
• Collaborating closely with TRIP's Global Brand team, you will help activate campaigns in the US by adapting global guidelines, language, and creative direction into content that feels authentically local.
• From website text to campaign messaging to channel briefs, you will be a vital brand voice, ensuring all our efforts in the US reflect the true essence of TRIP.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in brand management with a proven record of successfully leading campaigns; experience in CPG or consumer wellness is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills - capable of establishing direction, influencing without formal authority, and ensuring diverse teams remain aligned around a singular brand concept.
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking, combined with the confidence to convert data and insights into actionable brand recommendations.
• Keen instincts for language, culture, and creativity - you understand what resonates with a US audience and can quickly identify off-brand elements.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
