This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement brand strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, profitability, and sustained growth.
• Oversee roadmap planning, conduct performance assessments, carry out competitive analyses, and establish objectives.
• Discover new avenues for expansion, optimization, and operational enhancements.
• Manage 3–4 high-value client accounts across regions including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South Africa.
• Lead weekly client meetings, present insights, and ensure strong client retention and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact regarding brand direction and business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with PPC Strategists, SEO Specialists, Designers, and Operations teams.
• Ensure coherence between advertising, creative assets, inventory, and catalog management.
• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations for all participating teams.
• Review PPC strategies, listing optimizations, SEO enhancements, and creative direction.
• Track ACOS, TACOS, CVR, rankings, reviews, and other brand-level KPIs.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize analytics to inform decision-making and project revenue forecasts.
• Maintain accountability for meeting and surpassing brand objectives.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, brand management, or leadership roles within eCommerce.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a history of managing teams across various functions and locations.
• Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog management, design, and merchandising.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail (task management, reporting, workflow).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with project and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
