This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Initiate rider-facing demonstrations and events in your area that attract riders to retail locations.
• Identify riders, engage them with Specialized products, and guide them to retail outlets.
• Collaborate with the entire team to enhance the rider experience associated with the brand.
• Organize logistics alongside the Field Sales team to facilitate Retailer Education.
• Work with various teams across Specialized to deliver an exceptional experience for the riders.
• Provide reports on the outcomes of your initiatives.
• Maintain the provided assets, including the Demo Fleet, Truck, and Trailer.
• Achieve annual goals aimed at boosting rider awareness and increasing sales at retail.
• Support Specialized's business and riders throughout the USA field.
• A positive, opportunity-driven mindset – viewing every challenge as a chance for growth and discovering the silver lining.
• Charismatic and genuine presentation skills – an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
• Capability to understand consumer behavior and drive initiatives based on observed market trends.
• Familiarity with powersports events and/or the industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities; proficient in balancing and prioritizing multiple projects with minimal guidance.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, lead, negotiate, and influence, particularly when working with cross-functional teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in the industry, with strong mechanical skills, including building/tuning bikes, hydraulic brakes, suspension, and wheel truing.
• Ability to manage scheduling effectively.
• Availability for weekend and evening events as a regular part of the schedule.
• Passion for travel and the van life experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
