📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of our TikTok Shop

• Enhance product listings, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns

• Analyze sales data to boost shop performance

• Strategize and manage TikTok content and advertising initiatives

• Generate creative content ideas and briefs for creators and editors

• Develop strategies to increase engagement, website traffic, and sales

• Formulate plans to expand follower base, engagement metrics, and sales figures

• Keep abreast of trends, competitors, and potential growth avenues

• Refine overall account performance and audience reach

• Supervise TikTok creators and affiliate partnerships

• Organize collaborations and manage affiliate marketing campaigns

• Monitor creator performance and evaluate sales outcomes

• Initiate, manage, and enhance TikTok advertising campaigns

• Experiment with creatives and audience targeting to optimize ROAS and conversion rates

• Analyze sales data, engagement metrics, and ad performance

• Deliver regular reports along with actionable recommendations

• Demonstrated experience in managing TikTok Shops

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok content and growth tactics

• Proficiency with TikTok Ads

• Background in working with creators and affiliates

• E-commerce experience is an advantage

• Familiarity with supplements, fitness, health, or wellness brands is a bonus
