This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage the architecture for self-service and automated insight delivery — encompassing data pipelines, dashboards, alerts, and agents.
• Develop scalable and reusable dashboards that facilitate forecasting, marketing performance, LTV analysis, product pricing, investment decisions, and KPI reporting.
• Create data tools and intelligent agents that provide self-service access to essential company metrics across various business units.
• Convert vague business requirements into robust, extensible, and user-friendly technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance best practices, and thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and standardize product analytics events (e.g., onboarding steps, feature usage, paywall views).
• Oversee instrumentation frameworks to guarantee that all released features have measurement plans in place at launch.
• Aid in A/B testing infrastructure, encompassing experiment design, logging strategy, and outcome analysis for product trials, paywalls, and onboarding processes.
• Develop LTV attribution based on feature exposure, helping teams assess the revenue impact of new releases.
• Monitor and analyze user funnels (e.g., D0-D3 onboarding, trial to conversion, subscription retention) across products to pinpoint drop-offs and optimization possibilities.
• Automate impact reporting (e.g., “Feature X resulted in a +6% retention increase among power users”).
• Create integrated dashboards that consolidate product, marketing, and monetization metrics into a single view (e.g., how usage correlates with ROAS, how features influence CAC payback).
• Proven experience in the subscription revenue mobile applications ecosystem.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Analytics Engineering or BI Development.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar (e.g., designing scalable semantic layers and metric definitions).
• In-depth understanding of marketing, financial, product, and operational metrics, having collaborated closely with Marketing and Product teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into actionable impact.
• Experience with event tracking platforms like Amplitude, Singular, or Firebase Analytics.
• Familiarity with mobile UX and in-app purchase behavior, particularly regarding onboarding and pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of product experimentation methodologies, including statistical significance, cohort analysis, and false positives.
• Comfortable collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers to integrate analytics into the product development lifecycle from the outset.
• Experience in fast-paced product environments, where features are launched weekly and data informs iterative improvements.
