This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Establish a data-driven decision-making process from the ground up in an organization lacking a previous analytics function.

• Develop infrastructure, tools, and practices from inception.

• Design a hypothesis-testing framework for experimentation rather than relying on discussions.

• Oversee the efforts of embedded analysts and cultivate team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Developed multi-touch attribution models across paid, organic, and partner channels within a fintech or rapidly evolving digital business.

• Successfully implemented a contested attribution model with channel stakeholders.

• Made defensible architectural decisions from a blank slate.

• Currently occupy a senior analytics position at a CFD, cryptocurrency, or related brokerage.

• Analytics consultant with experience in creating greenfield stacks for financial services clients.
