This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Offers technical leadership throughout the Analytics department, which may hold an enterprise-wide responsibility.
• Delivers extensive technical knowledge and expertise during client interactions to clarify complex data analysis topics.
• Designs, maintains, and improves the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) models/AI solutions to adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Supports TD's global AML/CTF initiatives, addresses emerging risks, and aligns with best practices in the industry.
• Operates independently on tasks related to analysis, design, and support of technical data management solutions across various projects.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree preferred (such as math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science).
• A graduate degree is preferred along with either progressive project work experience or over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of regression, classification, machine learning models, and techniques for anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
• Experience in Financial Crimes / Compliance Risk Analytics is an advantage.
• Practical experience with GenAI applications is a significant advantage, including but not limited to fine-tuning or prompting LLMs.
• Capability to construct analytical solutions using LLM APIs and leverage GenAI applications for data labeling solutions.
