• Lead the team of market specialists focused on expanding Airbnb Luxe offerings.
• Develop the growth strategy for the region.
• Advocate for the Airbnb Luxe brand and uphold quality standards.
• Facilitate the establishment and nurturing of relationships with premium hosts.
• Oversee regional business performance in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• More than 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management.
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel and real estate markets in North America and/or Latin America.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing supply acquisition and revenue goals.
• Experience in creating and managing valuable partnerships.
• Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and performance metrics dashboards.
• Required fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
