HDMS Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute daily routes for scheduled measure appointments with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to fulfill all other assigned work responsibilities.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures while following the established work schedule.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions and actively listen to their responses regarding their projects and product requirements.

• Articulate the features and benefits of products, along with the steps necessary to complete various projects.

• Showcase expertise in products and services while addressing customer inquiries.

• Spot opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.
