• Oversee multi-channel execution by facilitating cross-functional activities within the Pfizer HCP and Patient Engagement Center.

• Offer governance, program management, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies for channel initiatives.

• Conduct daily operations with efficient and effective regional/local channel capabilities.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to implement programs and channel capabilities that fulfill client needs.
