HCM Time & Labour, Absence Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Oracle Time & Labour and Absence management.

• Analyze functional challenges and resolve bugs.

• Configure and enhance existing workflows.

• Implement minor modifications and new functionalities.

• Conduct root cause analysis for intricate incidents.

• Assist with topics related to Fast Formula.

• Evaluate the impacts of Oracle's quarterly releases.

• Facilitate testing and regression testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong practical expertise in Oracle Time & Labour.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Absence Management.

• Proven experience in configuration and support roles.

• Background in troubleshooting and bug resolution.

• Familiarity with Fast Formula.

• Experience with Oracle releases and testing procedures.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Oracle Core HR.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Payroll integrations.

• Nice-to-have: Understanding of complex time and attendance scenarios.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with international rollouts.
