This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Accountable for establishing business connections with both prospective clients and existing customers, while generating new revenue streams for the company’s Human Capital Management solutions platform.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects within a designated territory through self-driven initiatives, extensive networking, and proactive business development sales efforts.
• Analyze and engage with current Asure clients to uncover additional revenue opportunities, enhancing client value by broadening the Asure solution's scope.
• Foster and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to deepen market penetration.
• Design impactful presentations aimed at showcasing and emphasizing the advantages of proposed Asure solutions.
• Build and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline of new opportunities to achieve or surpass assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and manage all sales and client service activities effectively.
• Commit to ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry trends, assess the competitive HCM landscape, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, into your sales strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of consultative software sales experience is required.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in effectively managing various sales engagements.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and client service capabilities.
• Established track record of managing a territory and achieving exceptional results.
• Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach to sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling platforms such as GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar tools.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required for eligibility for hire.
