HCM Functional Consultant – German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Successfully complete the Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training within the first month.

• Pursue additional Specialist Certification training in the initial six months of employment.

• Enhance your foundational product knowledge by actively engaging in various projects.

• Collaborate closely with other Consulting Teams on projects to ensure effective teamwork.

• Develop a practical understanding of Workday’s implementation methodology throughout each phase of the project life cycle.

• Collect and comprehend the Customer’s Business Requirements, demonstrating essential Workday concepts.

• Convert Customer requirements into configured solutions, ensuring thorough unit testing.

• Assist your customer during multiple rounds of testing, addressing and resolving any test issues.

• Carry out final deployment tasks for the customer, including knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Firm.

• At least 5 years of relevant educational qualifications and/or experience in implementing or supporting (HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning) solutions.

• Proficient in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Detail-oriented problem solver, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Eagerness and capability to quickly learn technology through various methods.

• Resourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotely while using a range of tools with a high level of autonomy.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (under typical conditions).

• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
