HCM Consultant – Healthcare/Nonprofit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Human Capital Management modules.

• Assist client engagements by delivering in-depth product knowledge and advice.

• Stay updated on Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistency with Three Link’s standardized deployment strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Workday HCM in a consulting, implementation, or functional role.

• More than 2 years of experience supporting customers in the Healthcare or Nonprofit sectors.

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX).

• Current Workday certification in the HCM module.

• Experience in a Workday Services Partner environment.

• Background in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consulting.

• Ability to communicate complex system functionalities to business stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
