HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their HR and workforce management requirements.

• Evaluate current processes and provide customized HCM solutions that improve employee engagement.

• Optimize HR operations to facilitate organizational growth.

• Act as a reliable advisor, working alongside both business and technical teams for smooth implementations and ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HCM Consultant or in a comparable HR technology position.

• Familiarity with leading HCM platforms and software such as Sage Payroll, Sage HRMS, ADP, WorkforceGo, and Criterion.

• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources processes, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Capability to assess business needs and convert them into effective HCM solutions.
