HCM Business Systems Analyst – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the intermediary between business/end users and the IT systems development teams.

• Assist with all enhancements as a member of the production support team.

• Offer user support and training within the HR department.

• Perform requirements gathering and define the scope and objectives.

• Investigate business requirements and document the relationships between application components.

• Deploy new systems and provide user training on the operation of systems and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).

• Strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

• Extensive subject matter expertise in at least one module of Workday HCM.

• Experience in providing production support for HR Technology solutions.
