Hardware Installation Engineer – Field/Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems.

• Manage necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems.

• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of the system.

• Act as the company representative for customers regarding administrative and technical issues related to assigned projects.

• Record comprehensive details of installation and upgrade activities into the company's information systems.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and safety in accordance with VMS guidelines and customer regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Knowledge and professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy-producing devices, and electronic cooling systems.

• Skilled in utilizing test equipment for the verification and calibration of electronic devices.

• Basic networking abilities to facilitate the integration of the machine with the customer’s server.

• Strong customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
