This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Deliver exceptional customer support through the on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems.
• Manage necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of intricate equipment and systems.
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of the systems.
• Act as the company's representative with customers regarding administrative and technical issues for assigned projects.
• Record detailed logs of installation and upgrade activities in the company's information systems.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and safety in accordance with VMS guidelines and customer regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with and professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, RF energy-producing devices, and electronic cooling systems.
• Competent in utilizing test equipment for the verification and calibration of electronic devices.
• Basic networking skills to integrate the machine into the customer server.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Clear and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
