This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Create and develop high-speed EVK hardware that facilitates optical validation for various DSP products intended for data-center connectivity.
• Evaluate and ensure high-quality schematics with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate closely with PCB layout engineers to guarantee adherence to high-speed design best practices.
• Organize and implement board builds, which includes component selection, procurement coordination, and ensuring build readiness.
• Oversee hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and validation using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDRs, and other relevant measurement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with over 8 years of relevant industry experience, or a Master’s degree with more than 6 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in designing high-speed, high-density PCBs for networking, optical, or data-center applications.
• Demonstrated capability to review and evaluate complex schematics for high-speed digital and mixed-signal designs.
• Strong foundation in signal integrity and power integrity analysis and design.
• Proficient in using Cadence OrCAD / Allegro PCB design tools.
• Practical lab experience with high-speed measurements, including real-time/sampling oscilloscopes and TDR.
