This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues to build the new team

• Conduct assessments and perform diagnostics

• Develop treatment plans and evaluate progress

• Provide client treatment both online via video calls and in person

• Work with e-health modules

• Deliver weekly supervision and guidance

• Report to the team leader

• Contribute to the development of HSK Mindshift and treatment protocols

• Undertake team leader responsibilities and mentor therapists

⛳️ Requirements

• BIG-registered GZ psychologist

• Experience with supervision and guidance

• Affinity for CBT

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient in digital tools

• Experience with conventional treatment practices

• Interest in digital care pathways/e-health

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (both spoken and written)

• Proficiency in English is a plus
