This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices
• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness using evidence-based methods
• Keep precise, current patient records and ensure timely completion of charting
• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks
• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Active national board certification in Gynecology
• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist
• Experience in managing chronic and complex women’s health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity
• Active IMLC license or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
• Ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, characterized by compassion and clarity
• Capacity to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices
• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
• Prior experience in telehealth is an advantage
