This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
• Complete necessary training programs and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methodologies.
• Keep accurate and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative tasks with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week dedicated to patient-facing activities, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically warranted.
• MD or DO degree from a recognized institution.
• Current national board certification in Gynecology.
• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist.
• Proficient in managing chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
• Active IMLC license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on empathy and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based care grounded in contemporary clinical research.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Prior experience in telehealth is advantageous.
