• Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries, property issues, and troubleshooting requests, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
• Employ designated scripts to redirect inquiries from third-party platforms to direct booking channels, enhancing tax efficiency and platform effectiveness for the organization.
• Manage property-related concerns by evaluating guest requirements and offering immediate assistance or escalation as per established protocols.
• Keep precise records within a customized property management system, ensuring that all bookings and communications are updated in real-time.
• Collaborate closely with the UK-based team to ensure a seamless transition between daytime operations and evening/weekend support.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or virtual assistance, particularly within the property leasing, Airbnb, or Booking.com sectors.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in UK English, with the ability to maintain a professional, calm, and helpful demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with tailored software systems and compliance with structured operational scripts.
• Self-driven individual capable of working effectively in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Must consistently commit to the designated evening and weekend hours.
• Previous experience in the UK property market is essential.
• A "growth-oriented" mindset, eager to increase engagement as the organization expands.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Knowledge of WhatsApp for Business.
