This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance core GTM systems, focusing primarily on Salesforce, LeanData, and Outreach, along with auxiliary tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DealHub (CPQ).
• Continuously enhance the lead-to-account matching and routing logic in LeanData to guarantee speed, precision, and efficiency in the distribution of leads.
• Design, construct, and sustain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms to assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
• Identify and eliminate manual processes by introducing intelligent automation and system-driven workflows.
• Diagnose complex system issues, including integration sync failures, routing inaccuracies, and data inconsistencies, and ensure timely and reliable resolutions.
• Create and uphold clear documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management practices to maintain system reliability and transparency.
• Provide direct support and enablement to GTM teams, fostering tool adoption, usability, and operational confidence.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems, with a robust expertise that extends beyond Salesforce alone.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, encompassing data models, automation (Flows), integrations, and overall system architecture.
• Proven, hands-on experience with essential RevOps tools, including:
• Strong background in designing, building, and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems.
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot intricate system issues, including sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies across various platforms.
