This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Design and uphold Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within established architectural frameworks.
β’ Take ownership of production support by diagnosing outages, malfunctioning automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating them within the service level agreement (SLA).
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of LeanData routing graphs for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
β’ Manage the enrichment stack, which includes maintaining Clay and PDL workbooks, monitoring credits, and ensuring CRM hygiene.
β’ Oversee HubSpot campaign structure and lead-routing setup.
β’ Collaborate with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on configuring CPQ alongside the Deal Desk.
β’ Fulfill clearly defined tickets for the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration in collaboration with the Engineering team.
β’ Evolve from executing well-defined tasks to taking ownership of more complex and higher-stakes systems challenges.
β’ 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or GTM systems.
β’ Solid understanding of Salesforce administration fundamentals, including flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and the change management process from sandbox to production.
β’ Capability to build effectively within an existing architecture.
β’ Readiness to engage in daily administration, ticket triage, and production support.
β’ Skill in identifying and resolving issues in the sandbox environment prior to production deployment.
β’ Daily utilization of AI-native tools such as Claude or Cursor.
β’ Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
β’ Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integrations is desirable.
β’ Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid GTM models, is beneficial.
β’ Must be permanently located in the United States or Canada.
