This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily management and health of our essential GTM platforms.

• Oversee configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation throughout our CRM ecosystem.

• Ensure seamless data flows across our GTM toolkit, including intent data, conversation intelligence, and sales engagement platforms.

• Uphold standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy.

• Serve as the primary technical resource for frontline GTM teams.

• Assist in assessing new GTM technology and AI tools as our requirements develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in CRM administration: Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in integrating marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight).

• Capability to convert abstract business objectives into well-documented, scalable technical configurations.

• Strong analytical abilities: adept at diagnosing data discrepancies, forming hypotheses, and clearly presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Natural problem solver: you proactively hypothesize even before a problem is fully articulated.

• Excellent written communication skills; as a remote-first company, documentation is essential for sharing work.

• 2–4 years of experience in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying (Snowflake, BigQuery) for ad hoc analysis is a plus.

• Experience with AI-enhanced workflow automation or prompt-based tools in a GTM context is a plus.

🏝️ Benefits

• A 10-year exercise window for stock options, allowing you to purchase stock at your convenience without pressure if you leave Ashby.

• Unlimited PTO, with a recommendation of four weeks per year.

• Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the US, with plans to extend this benefit to employees in other countries as situations arise.

• A generous budget for equipment, software, and office furniture to ensure you have what you need to thrive and be productive!

• A $100/month education budget, with higher-cost items (such as conferences) covered with managerial approval.

• Comprehensive health insurance for you and your dependents if you’re in the US, with all premiums covered by us.
