This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily administration of Salesforce as our primary system of record — encompassing user management, data maintenance, declarative builds (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions), and reporting infrastructure.
• Oversee the broader GTM stack, which includes Gong, Gong Engage, Qualified, Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment platforms, Slack-based workflows, and any additional tools we incorporate as we scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business challenges into well-defined technical requirements. Pose insightful questions, highlight trade-offs, and propose solutions instead of merely executing tasks.
• Design, develop, and sustain integrations across the GTM stack — utilizing native connectors, APIs, and middleware platforms — to guarantee reliable data flow between systems.
• Spot opportunities to leverage AI and automation in revenue workflows. Assess, implement, and evaluate AI-driven features within our current tools, and assist in shaping our approach to new technologies.
• Address and resolve user requests with clear communication regarding scope, timelines, and trade-offs. Maintain documentation, playbooks, and admin training to empower the team’s self-sufficiency.
• Lead tool assessments and implementations: outline requirements, conduct trials, document suggestions, and collaborate with vendors to launch new systems effectively.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and analyses as team priorities evolve, contributing wherever the RevOps team requires additional support.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a sales or revenue operations role within a B2B SaaS context. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
• Multi-tool fluency: Proven experience in administering and integrating various GTM platforms — Gong, sales engagement tools (Gong Engage, Outreach, SalesLoft), Salesforce CPQ, data enrichment tools, Qualified, or similar systems.
• Analytical mindset: You approach tasks like a business analyst, asking insightful questions to grasp the core problem, establishing clear success criteria, and driving impactful solutions rather than just fulfilling requests.
• Integrations: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Workato, Zapier, Tray, MuleSoft, or similar). You can read API documentation, troubleshoot failing integrations, and deliver automations from start to finish.
• AI fluency: You actively utilize AI tools in your daily activities and have deployed or managed AI features within a GTM stack — for instance, Agentforce, Gong's AI functionalities, AI-driven enrichment, or custom assistants and agents.
• Self-management: You effectively manage your workload, hold yourself accountable for meeting deadlines, and proactively identify risks. You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Curiosity and adaptability: You quickly learn new tools and are flexible regarding which platforms you use. You thrive on solving problems and applying structure to ambiguous challenges.
