This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GTM finance operating model — including annual and long-range planning, forecasting, business reviews, and board reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps — effectively translating company growth, margin, and targets into function-level investment plans.
• Develop driver-based, scenario, and sensitivity models to assess trade-offs related to hiring, coverage, GTM expenditures, pipeline generation, retention, customer profitability, and margin enhancement.
• Enhance the GTM reporting and financial modeling infrastructure by integrating agentic and AI-driven workflows, automating data reconciliation, variance and anomaly detection, and routine reporting to improve forecast accuracy and reduce cycle time.
• Manage comprehensive pipeline and marketing ROI analyses. Link demand generation to critical outcomes—bookings, ARR, CAC payback, retention, and LTV—while identifying funnel, velocity, and productivity drivers.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations on capacity, productivity, and forecast accuracy in relation to ramp, quota achievement, pipeline coverage, territories, headcount, and compensation; provide recommendations on capacity additions, productivity enhancements, or budget reallocations.
• Oversee partnership finance across referral, reseller, marketplace, technology alliance, and SI/GSI strategies; analyze contract economics, pricing/packaging, incentives, revenue sharing, margin impact, risks, partner-sourced/influenced ARR, CAC payback, contribution margin, and long-term customer value.
• Manage customer and cohort economics within Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product: focusing on retention, NRR/GRR, cost-to-serve, renewal risk, and expansion propensity analysis.
• Conduct analysis and forecasting of GRR, NRR, churn, expansion, renewal health, support capacity and ratios, implementation efforts, onboarding costs, product usage, customer health, and potential for expansion by segment, product, vertical, ARR band, use case, acquisition source, and customer profile.
• Create unit economics analyses and business cases focusing on CAC, payback, LTV, Magic Number, sales productivity, contribution margin, pricing, packaging, discounting, deal economics, partner economics, market expansion, and new GTM strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience; 7-10 years of cumulative experience in GTM Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations, complemented by investment banking or management consulting experience.
• Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling are essential.
• Proven expertise in reporting automation and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, etc.) as well as financial planning software (e.g., Drivetrain, Netsuite, Adaptive, TM1, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to create financial and operational models with a solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models and operational metrics.
• Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such as IPOs, M&A, private fundraising, etc. (a significant advantage).
• Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) for all employees, allowing everyone to share in our long-term success.
• Remote-first work environment, providing flexibility and autonomy in structuring your day.
