GTM Sourcer, Researcher – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Replacement for a contractor who has left the position.

• This role is exclusively focused on sourcing for EMEA GTM functions, including Sales, Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• The contractor is expected to work autonomously as a thought leader rather than merely executing tasks.

• Responsibilities include constructing talent maps, managing full-cycle sourcing processes, and primarily utilizing Gem as the CRM tool.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting research.

• Proven experience in GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) within a technology company.

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Active experience with Gem CRM is mandatory as per the intake requirements.

• Flexibility to work in either EST or PST time zones.

• A stable work history is essential; please highlight any brief tenures that are not related to contracts or documented personal leave.

• Preferred knowledge of the EMEA market, including talent hubs, key companies, and regional nuances.

• Experience with recognized tech startups that maintain high standards, such as Figma, Airbnb, or similar organizations.

• Preferred background in sourcing for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS sectors.

• Multi-language proficiency, particularly in European languages, is a plus.

• A background in executive search or research-focused roles is preferred.

• Experience in creating organizational charts, compensation benchmarks, and talent maps as deliverables is desirable.

• Preferred candidates should have metrics on their resume that demonstrate sourcing impact, such as response rates, pipeline contributions, and hires influenced.
