GTM Sourcer, Researcher – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Replacement for a contractor who has left the position.

• This role is dedicated solely to sourcing and is concentrated on EMEA GTM functions, including Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• The contractor is expected to work autonomously as a strategic partner rather than merely executing tasks.

• Responsibilities include creating talent maps, managing complete sourcing workflows, and primarily utilizing Gem as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting research.

• Proven experience in GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) within a technology company.

• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Required experience with Gem CRM as indicated in the intake process.

• Availability to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST).

• A stable employment history: please highlight any short-term positions that are not contract-based or documented personal leave.

• Preferred or strong advantage for candidates with knowledge of the EMEA market (talent hubs, key companies, regional nuances).

• Background in high-standard, well-known tech startups (such as Figma, Airbnb, or similar organizations).

• Experience in sourcing for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS companies.

• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly European languages.

• A background focused on executive search or research.

• Experience in creating organizational charts, compensation benchmarks, and talent maps as deliverables.

• Metrics on the resume demonstrating sourcing impact, including response rates, pipeline contributions, and influenced hires.
