GTM Sourcer – 6-month W2 Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• 2-3 years of experience in non-technical recruitment sourcing within a dynamic environment.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in Boolean search techniques.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
