This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct an audit of the existing GTM stack (Attio CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) to identify gaps or broken connections.
• Integrate and configure tools to ensure seamless data flow among CRM, outbound, and reporting layers.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide leadership with insights into pipeline health, experiment outcomes, and representative activities, eliminating the need for manual data retrieval.
• Implement automations to minimize manual operational tasks (such as lead routing, status updates, Slack notifications, etc.).
• Produce clear documentation to enable the team to manage what you develop.
• Identify any data quality issues and assist in establishing naming conventions, lifecycle stages, and field standards.
• Previous experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops, preferably within a B2B/Enterprise startup environment.
• Proficient with Attio (or comparable CRMs such as HubSpot/Salesforce) at an administrative level.
• Demonstrated experience in building dashboards using BI tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar).
• Practical experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Proven track record of performing these tasks in multiple companies without needing on-the-job training.
• Capable of producing clear and maintainable documentation proactively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal context, asking insightful clarifying questions initially.
• Hourly compensation based on experience and tool expertise.
• Opportunity to expand responsibilities or transition to a retainer arrangement after 90 days.
• Potential for full-time employment if there is mutual compatibility.
