This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for GTM positions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and other commercial areas.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, hiring managers (HMs), and GTM executives—offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to address both immediate hiring needs and long-term GTM expansion.
• Convert business goals into actionable recruitment strategies that align with growth and revenue objectives.
• Leverage data, funnel analytics, and market intelligence to pinpoint challenges, anticipate risks, and shape hiring decisions.
• Take charge of the search strategy, encompassing outreach, engagement, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of processes, tools, and employer branding efforts across GTM sectors.
• A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to GTM roles in high-growth tech or IT firms.
• Profound knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology markets—including an understanding of talent landscapes, competitive dynamics, and GTM frameworks.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring choices through data and market insights.
• Established ability to lead and scale a function or business unit, serving as the primary talent expert in that domain.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management—collaborative, consultative, and solution-focused.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of crafting compelling narratives and clearly presenting complex insights.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms.
• Enthusiasm for developing and adapting in a fast-paced, uncertain startup environment.
