GTM Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete recruitment process for a diverse array of GTM positions, including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships.

• Collaborating closely with GTM leadership to enhance role specifications, establish hiring strategies, and pinpoint key success indicators that improve the quality of hires.

• Creating and managing candidate pipelines with an emphasis on efficiency, transparency, and a personalized, high-touch experience.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by offering market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven suggestions.

• Representing ElevenLabs in external interactions — every candidate engagement is a chance to embody our brand and values.

• Experience in full-cycle GTM recruitment for a rapidly growing startup, with a proven record of successfully filling quota-carrying sales positions.

• Ability to handle high volume and intricate searches across various priorities without compromising on quality or urgency.

• Strong collaborator with hiring leaders — you provide influence through clarity, data, and operational excellence.

• Outstanding communicator — you create engaging role narratives and ensure a high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

• Preference for this position to be based in New York City.
