This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Full-Cycle Recruiting. You will oversee the complete hiring process for our revenue organization, from sourcing candidates to successfully closing offers.
• Source Proactively. You don't wait idly for applications. Instead, you create targeted lists, reach out to potential candidates, and successfully convert them. You possess the skills to discover quota-carrying representatives and sales leaders who are not actively seeking opportunities and entice them to engage.
• Move the Pipeline. You will ensure the hiring process remains fluid, even during spikes in requisition volume. Expect no slowdowns or neglected candidates.
• Collaborate with GTM Leaders. You will partner closely with the go-to-market leadership to gain a clear understanding of what excellence looks like for each role and provide constructive feedback when standards are not met.
• Integrate AI in Your Daily Work. Utilizing AI tools is a fundamental aspect of your workflow, whether it's for sourcing, screening, researching, or scheduling. It's not just a concept; it's a routine practice.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth technology firm or a rapidly expanding startup.
• Experience in GTM Recruiting. You recognize what constitutes a strong hire and can distinguish between candidates who merely talk and those who can deliver results.
• A Sourcer at Heart. You specialize in building pipelines and do not depend on inbound applications. Boolean searches, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative outreach are your primary tools, not a fallback.
• AI-Savvy. Daily use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness is standard for you. You're not just trying them out; they are integral to your workflow.
• Proven Experience in Fast-Paced Environments. While startup experience is preferred, what truly counts is your history of thriving in fast-moving settings. You know how to maintain a streamlined and efficient process even in the absence of a comprehensive playbook.
• Organized and Transparent. You handle multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You communicate openly with both hiring managers and candidates.
