GTM Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven automation that supports our go-to-market strategy.

• Create and implement agents, workflows, and integrations for managing the customer lifecycle.

• Construct intelligent orchestration that links sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

• Develop automation solutions for the customer lifecycle, ensuring measurable advancements.

• Convert behavioral and health indicators into automated prompts for commercial teams to respond to.

• Establish operational frameworks for partner activation, onboarding processes, and performance analytics.

• Oversee integrations across business systems to guarantee seamless data flow and governance.

• Actively seek out automation opportunities throughout the customer and partner lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development with an emphasis on business processes.

• Practical knowledge of AI and workflow orchestration tools (such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom solutions) as well as language model APIs (like Claude, OpenAI, or similar) applied in business contexts.

• A strong commercial understanding of the go-to-market process. You grasp the customer lifecycle, revenue operations, and how automation enhances efficiency across sales, customer success, and partnerships.

• Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the capacity to create custom integrations and automated workflows within them.

• Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and API integration methodologies across intricate business systems.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect a complex cross-functional process into automatable components.

• Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
