GTM Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout their entire journey, from initial onboarding to renewals and ongoing success.

• Manage and navigate the GTM technology stack, including HubSpot, Stripe, and other internal administrative tools.

• Enhance your customer-facing skills by learning to effectively conduct calls, live demonstrations, and implementation sessions.

• Aid in resolving customer billing inquiries, subscription modifications, invoices, and payment issues.

• Maintain data accuracy across customer records and account details within our CRM, HubSpot.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to swiftly address customer issues.

• Spot opportunities to refine internal processes and enhance customer experiences.

• Gather customer insights to help inform our product and GTM strategy.

• Deliver impactful support across operations, sales, customer support, documentation, and/or special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Support, and/or a comparable customer-facing role.

• A strong inclination towards action and a proven record of fulfilling commitments from start to finish.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Stripe (or a similar digital billing system).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Quick to learn, adopt, and master new systems and tools.

• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment, where each day brings new opportunities.

• Inquisitive, resourceful, and eager to learn.

• Fluency in Portuguese is a significant advantage. Fluency in Spanish is also beneficial but not mandatory.
