GTM Manager – UK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Convert operational requirements from sovereign Ministries of Defence and NATO authorities into detailed engineering specifications.

• Ensure compliance of STARK’s systems with evolving standards, including NATO STANAGs for unmanned systems.

• Support rapid fleet expansion while avoiding vendor lock-in.

• Create commercial models that encompass fleet maintenance, software updates, and engineering modifications in all contracts.

• Integrate software updates and engineering modifications into each contract.

• Adjust the product roadmap based on customer feedback and needs.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to align products with market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in Maritime Defence or Aerospace sectors.

• Experience working with complex System-of-Systems architectures.

• Extensive knowledge of maritime interoperability standards, including NATO STANAGs for unmanned systems, Open Architecture standards, or IMO regulations.

• Demonstrated success in translating high-level Ministry of Defence/Department of Defence operational needs into engineering-level functional specifications.

• Previous experience in a Navy technical branch or with a major Defence Prime (Tier 1/2) is highly desirable.

• Capability to obtain or currently possess high-level national security clearance.

• Must be eligible to secure and maintain the necessary security clearance for the position.
