GTM Implementation Specialist, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Your main responsibility involves assisting both internal and external clients with the addition of (complex) tracking and resolving any arising issues.

• You will need to demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Even if you are unsure of the solution, you will find a way by consulting the right individuals, conducting online research, and experimenting.

• We seek a candidate who is motivated to establish systems flawlessly, while also being pragmatic enough to incorporate some redundancy and deliver “good enough data” when an ideal setup is unattainable.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential; you should be able to dissect a technical challenge into manageable parts and execute a solution.

• You will be tasked with communicating with both internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and report on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including oversight of implementation, coding, testing, and continuous maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript is required.

• Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a solid understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.

• Good-level expertise in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with third-party tagging and pixel creation is essential.

• Experience in transitioning GA accounts from Universal Analytics to GA4 is a plus.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English communication is necessary.
