• Create automation for SIM order intake and logistics, freeing up Account Executives from operational tasks.
• Establish the renewal administration engine: renewal calendar, auto-renewal communications, and Salesforce renewal field maintenance, collaborating with Revenue Operations.
• Enhance the current account health and expansion signal system, directing actionable insights to Account Executives and ensuring follow-through on execution.
• Oversee migration completion tracking and customer communication, collaborating with Solutions on technical execution.
• Assess and incorporate AI-driven tools into the post-sale stack, distinguishing impactful elements from extraneous noise.

• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM, with a solid understanding of how record-keeping hygiene impacts downstream reporting.
• Experience with Gong or a similar call intelligence platform, including its use for minimizing manual CRM data entry.
