GTM Engineer, German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of GTM-Engine initiatives, encompassing discovery, system design, execution, and measurable pipeline impact.

• Convert intricate business objectives into actionable technical frameworks, which include automation, integrations, and workflows.

• Oversee technical validation and ensure client alignment throughout sales and delivery phases.

• Design and standardize signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound strategies.

• Integrate and enhance the functionality of Clay, Teamfluence, Lemlist, and Instantly.

• Assess and operationalize new data sources, such as ad intent, firmographic APIs, and product usage signals.

• Develop and sustain an internal GTM knowledge infrastructure, which includes playbooks, templates, and Loom walkthroughs.

• Set delivery standards and establish best practices.

• Mentor junior GTM engineers and working students.

• Identify successful use cases and convert them into repeatable frameworks.

• Collaborate with leadership on service design, new offerings, and refinement of GTM methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects.

• In-depth understanding of GTM tools and RevOps architecture, with the ability to create technical solutions from strategic insights.

• Practical experience with Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, and Instantly.

• Familiarity with Make.com, n8n, and Zapier.

• Experience with HubSpot CRM, including data architecture, workflows, and integrations.

• Advanced utilization of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis.

• Strong project management abilities and effective client-facing communication skills.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.

• Proficiency in German at a C2 level.

• Analytical mindset focused on accuracy, repeatability, and measurable performance outcomes.
