GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create prospect lists, enhance data quality, and automate targeted outreach campaigns

• Integrate Clay, HubSpot, and AI platforms into efficient workflows

• Oversee current CRM stages, assign owners, set next steps, and track follow-up dates

• Deliver clear pipeline reports to leadership and highlight stalled deals

• Analyze and enhance meeting bookings, conversion rates, and team productivity

• Develop effective systems utilized daily by the Chief Growth Officer and the leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building and managing GTM automations or integrations

• Familiarity with Clay or similar tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation

• HubSpot experience is highly preferred

• Background in outbound prospecting, data enrichment, and pipeline reporting

• Practical application of AI beyond basic inquiries in a chat interface

• Proficient in English at the C1 level, both spoken and written

• Capability to articulate your creations and ensure successful delivery

• Residing in Latin America or the Philippines

• Available for full-time work during U.S. business hours

• Experience in healthcare or health technology is a significant advantage

• Knowledge of SQL/Python is a considerable asset

• Familiarity with account-based marketing is a notable benefit
