GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain automated workflows using n8n, Clay, and Claude Code.

• Contribute to the development of data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows that aid in outbound targeting, account scoring, and growth initiatives.

• Facilitate integrations across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and Clay.

• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Enterprise AI Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success on defined requests.

• Convert clear requirements into functional solutions.

• Recognize manual or repetitive tasks and suggest more straightforward, automated alternatives.

• Create components for AI-driven agents and workflows tailored for research, prospecting, and operational activities.

• Progress into owning more significant GTM engineering challenges from start to finish.

• Report to the Senior Director of GTM Engineering & AI Enablement while collaborating with GTM & Engineering Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, data analysis, marketing operations, sales operations, or a comparable technical role in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

• Strong skills in Python and SQL.

• Proven experience in creating automated workflows with tools such as Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, particularly regarding data concepts and supporting integrations across GTM systems.

• Understanding of GTM business processes, including pipeline development, seller execution, and the transition from marketing to sales.

• Capability to collaborate across functions on specific problems and deliver solutions that result in measurable impacts.

• Preferred experience with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and their applications in GTM workflows is preferred.

• Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, 6Sense) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong) is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or a comparable combination of education and experience is preferred.
