GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of CRM data quality and ensure the integrity of contact and account information.

• Conduct audits and enhance CRM properties, lifecycle stages, and deduplication methods.

• Develop and sustain scalable enrichment workflows within Clay.

• Execute enrichment processes (email, phone, LinkedIn, firmographics).

• Oversee scraping workflows utilizing Bright Data and Apollo exports.

• Prepare outbound lists, ensuring they are optimized for campaigns with minimal bounce rates.

• Decrease the number of duplicate and outdated records across CRM and various data sources.

• Establish and manage workflows for email validation.

• Maintain reports on list health, data completeness, and coverage metrics.

• Document workflows and create processes that are repeatable and scalable.

• Perform light scripting or technical tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM Ops/Data Ops.

• Proficient in HubSpot CRM.

• Strong experience with n8n.

• Hands-on experience with Clay.

• Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Lusha, Apollo, etc.

• Experience with Smartlead.

• Knowledge of email deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up).

• Capable of troubleshooting automation workflows and performing light scripting.
