This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Always be the first to engage: evaluate new AI models, agent functionalities, and product features as they are released, and discover innovative ways to leverage Nash's platform for customers before they even request it.
β’ Oversee the complete process: conduct discovery calls that uncover the true challenges of a large, complex merchant, provide demonstrations tailored to that context, and design and execute trials with definitive success criteria leading to a concrete decision.
β’ Establish the value proposition, not solely the technical aspects: facilitate structured value discovery workshops, create a baseline prior to any changes, and develop an ROI model based on the customer's actual figures, one that a finance stakeholder can reliably trace back to real data.
β’ Understand how Nash integrates into their system: move beyond theoretical diagrams and gain insight into the operational dynamics of a large, multi-region, multi-channel merchant (OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, carrier integrations), then accurately illustrate where Nash fits, what communicates with what, and what modifications are necessary.
β’ Create practical tools, not just documentation: convert effective strategies into scripts, sandbox environments, internal dashboards, and value calculators that expedite the next ten deals, rather than just focusing on the immediate one.
β’ Empower the team: educate Account Executives on the technical and value principles they need to conduct initial discussions independently, mentor newer Solutions Engineers as the team expands, and develop the onboarding pathway that future hires will genuinely utilize.
β’ Complete the feedback loop with product and engineering: transform customer insights into actionable items for product and engineering teams, and ensure follow-up until outcomes are achieved, rather than merely logging issues and moving on.
β’ 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles within solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical GTM/growth engineering, ideally with comprehensive ownership of full cycles.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI tools and models: you've engaged in prompt design, conducted evaluations, and explored a new agent framework upon its release, rather than just reading about it.
β’ Proficient in conducting structured discovery sessions, including workshop formats with multiple stakeholders, to move beyond the surface request to the core use case.
β’ Demonstrated building capabilities: comfortable with scripting, working with APIs, and creating a sandbox or internal tool independently, without relying on an engineer.
β’ Strong understanding of system architecture and integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, data flows, and how an OMS/WMS/TMS/POS communicates with external systems), with the ability to clearly represent this in a diagram.
β’ Experience operating at enterprise scale and complexity, dealing with multi-region, multi-channel merchants with numerous existing integrations, rather than straightforward single-location workflows.
β’ A genuine builder's mindset, along with effective communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
β’ Preferably, you have: 2+ years in a GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering position; experience in delivering AI-native product features or agents into production; and a background in logistics, delivery, or supply chain.
β’ Competitive base salary plus variable compensation (OTE aligned with top-quartile SaaS benchmarks).
β’ Equity in a rapidly growing venture-backed company.
β’ Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
β’ Flexible PTO and a remote-first culture.
