GTM Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive go-to-market enablement, onboarding, and ongoing education programs for the Client Management team.

• Create change management, rollout, training, and certification initiatives for product launches, new tools, and strategic objectives.

• Administer onboarding processes for new Client Management team members, including pre-recorded materials, live training sessions, and live certification assessments.

• Collaborate with leadership from Client Management, marketing, product, and operations teams to design and implement training programs.

• Manage enablement content and resources across the LMS, Google Drive, and other storage solutions.

• Establish and monitor enablement KPIs, including ramp-up time, client retention, and client satisfaction, in alignment with broader business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related go-to-market enablement/training role.

• Ideally, experience in supporting account management or client success teams.

• Proven experience in a strategy and operations capacity with a successful track record.

• Familiarity with health insurance or healthcare benefits is advantageous.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Ability to address challenges in ambiguous situations with an emphasis on simplification and clarity.

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
