This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
β’ Manage the onboarding process and infrastructure for representatives.
β’ Implement A/B testing across various vendors.
β’ Oversee the technology roadmap for go-to-market (GTM) enablement.
β’ Create AI-assisted templates and playbooks.
β’ Collaborate closely with the sales team to outline the buyer's journey.
β’ Develop scorecards and dashboards for representatives.
β’ A minimum of 4 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering.
β’ Practical experience with conversation and revenue intelligence platforms.
β’ Proven ability to integrate with sales teams.
β’ Experience in designing AI agents and workflows.
β’ Background in creating frameworks for measuring adoption.
β’ Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
β’ A systems thinker with the capability to maintain integrations.
